Today, I went out and completed a small project that’s been on my mind for quite a while: A vertical garden! We’ll be growing either lettuce or strawberries in these DIY pots as they provide just the right spacing to allow for those smaller plants.
Build your own Vertical Plastic Bottle Garden using the following:
– Plastic Bottles
– Scissors
– Screws
– Drill & Drill Bits
– A Wall or Board to Fasten the Pots to
– Newspaper (or other Media of choice)
– Soil or Dirt
Steps involved in building a DIY 2ft plastic bottle garden:
1. Cut plastic bottles
2. Drill small holes in lids/caps
3. Fasten the pots to wall/board
4. Insert newspaper in pots
5. Fill pots with dirt
